Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Center at eossandals.com to start your request.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  3. Pack your item securely and attach the label.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Processing may take 5-7 business days after approval.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns
For orders shipped outside the designated region, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
