Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

For international orders, please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the original order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit eossandals.com and follow the instructions in our Returns Center. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any additional shipping fees for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We may require photos of the issue to assist in resolving your claim.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as clearance or promotional products, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
